UV FastLane Priming: Don't Wait To Paint!
Until very recently, the largest bottleneck in automotive collision repair has been sitting around waiting for primer to dry. Even if you have access to some infrared lights that you can put up close to the primer to speed it up a bit, the waiting game is still a substantial nuisance. If you spray too much primer, it can take hours to dry. If you spray too little, you may actually need to do multiple coats. The entire priming segment of the process has really been a study in inefficiency.
A few years ago some companies tried to remedy this by offering what they refer to as UV primer. Although a nice idea, the primer's usage was limited to very small segments and involved setting up a floodlight and waiting 20-30 minutes for it to dry the small "touch-up" repair. A nice improvement over simply waiting endlessly but not an effective process for the majority of collision repairs.
We are proud to bring to the market, the patented UV Fastlane Priming Process. The UV Fastlane is the only priming process in the world that allows you to dry quicker than you can spray!
By using the UV Fastlane Mobility Cart, you can use UV Curing Light as you would use spray paint. With simple fluid motions of your arm, you will be drying UV Primer instantly. Additionally, not only is it effective, but the process is easy to learn. Included in your UV Fastlane System is a simple training kit that will help you become an expert in UV Curing for Automotive Collision in 30 minutes or less.
By eliminating the biggest bottleneck in automotive collision, body shops across the nation are increasing the number of projects they take on without expending more resources and therefore are becoming not only more efficient, but considerably more profitable.
